Return Merchandise Authorization

Option 1 - RUSH - We will reprint your job immediately. You will be responsible to return your original order within 10 business days. If we do not receive your return, you will be charged for the reprint.
Option 2 - STANDARD - Once we receive your return, our QC team will evaluate the product. If it is workmanship issue, we will reprint and reship your order at no additional costs.
Option 3 - CREDIT - If you desire to use the product, please upload pictures of the damaged product. Our QC team will evaluate the issue and communicate the outcome.
